Capital Farma is a company engaged in the importation, distribution, and brokerage of pharmaceutical active ingredients (APIs) and excipients for human and veterinary use intended for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Our commitment is to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, in compliance with UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and applicable legislation.

In order to achieve these objectives, Management establishes the following principles:

  • To lead and maintain an effective Quality Management System focused on customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • To comply with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements applicable to our importation and distribution activities.
  • To assess and manage risks and opportunities that may affect service quality and regulatory compliance.
  • To ensure personnel competence through continuous training and effective communication.
  • To promote continuous improvement through the analysis of results, performance indicators, and internal audits.
  • To allocate the necessary resources to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the management system.

Capital Farma is committed to conducting its activities while minimizing the environmental impact arising from its logistics and administrative operations.

Management undertakes to periodically review this policy to ensure its continued suitability and alignment with Capital Farma’s corporate strategy and the needs of the international pharmaceutical sector.
