Policy on Good Practices for the distribution of active ingredients

Capital Farma carries out its distribution and importation activities of pharmaceutical active ingredients in strict compliance with the Good Distribution Practice Guidelines (2013/C 343/01) and Royal Decree 824/2010.

We recognize that proper management of the supply chain of APIs intended for medicinal products for human and veterinary use is essential to protect public health.

The Management of Capital Farma is committed to:

  • Ensuring the traceability, integrity, and security of products throughout all stages of the process.
  • Maintaining a certified and documented GDP-compliant system, integrated within the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Training and raising awareness among personnel regarding GDP principles and individual responsibility for product quality and compliance.
  • Closely collaborating with manufacturers, transport providers, and customers to ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements throughout the entire supply chain.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving processes through internal audits and performance monitoring.

Capital Farma is committed to conducting its activities while minimizing the environmental impact arising from its logistics and administrative operations.

This policy is communicated to all personnel, customers, and interested parties and is made available through the corporate intranet and website.
It shall be reviewed annually by the Responsible Person to ensure its continued validity and alignment with the scope of the organization.
